Petition of a woman to Amin al-Sultan
A petition, to Amin al-Sultan, written by a woman who was converted to Islam from Judaism by the Friday prayer-leader four years ago. She was forced to marry and now her husband has fled his creditors and left her with their young children wandering in Tehran. She has taken refuge in Amin al-Sultan's house in hope for some help in the cold weather.

Dividing the inheritance of ‘Ali, 1910
‘Ali's belongings were sold and divided between the inheritors: Sakinah Khanum's share was 22 tumans and 18 dinars; the share of his wife, Jamilah Khanum, was 70 tumans; there were also some expenses for his underage daughter; and his debts had to be paid.

Firuz Mirza Nusrat al-Dawlah, acting on behalf of his mother, Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, transfers her share of the inheritance from her deceased son, ‘Abbas Mirza Salar Lashkar, to his underage children, Mihri, Bahram, and Bahman Farmanfarma’iyan. ‘Izzat al-Dawlah's share was one sixth of ‘Abbas Mirza's properties and belongings.

Deposition about owing money to Bibi Khanum, 1856
Deposition by Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Munshi, regarding his debt to the children of Isfandiyar Khan Qarahbaghi. He promises to pay one hundred and two tumans and two hundred and fifty dinars to Bibi Khanum, Isfandiyar Khan's daughter, and Hasan Bayg Qarahbaghi, who has the power of attorney from Isfandiyar Khan's underage son, in six months.

Settlement, dated July 23, 1927, between Ustad Husayn‘ali the mason and Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd Allah, in which he transfers to her the mahr of fifty-five tumans. Another settlement, dated December 28, 1928, lists Zahra Khanum's property after her death, including: fifty-five tumans, which she had loaned to her father, Aqa Mirza ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for renting from him one-sixth of a house. Letter from Muntasir Lashkar to ‘Amid Lashkar
Probably from Muntasir Lashkar; on the marriage of ‘Azimat Khanum, suggests that the mother should be entrusted to take care of related affairs, and to refer to God and the Qur’an for divination; asks to give the fifty tumans to Fatimah Khanum, but to advise her not to overspend; sends greetings to mother and sisters; inquires about the addressee and his tutor; complains about not receiving news about Ma‘sumah and Ruqiyah over the past year and is concerned if they are dead, urging them to tell him the truth.

Letter regarding inheritance
Letter (on letterhead of ‘Asr-i jadid newspaper) addressed to Mirza Ahmad who was the executor of the will of the writer's parents. Upon Mirza Ahmad and Khalah Jan's advice, the writer's share was given to Fakhr Taj Khanum to be returned to the writer when they reached the legal age. However, Fakhr Taj Khanum has not returned the share and the writer is asking for Mirza Ahmad's help. At the end, the writer compares this favor to buying and then freeing a slave for Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali.
